Privacy policy

Effective date: 25 September 2026

Rabbit Mountain Entertainment EOOD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at rabbitmountain.com and the mobile and web games we publish (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

We are the data controller for that data. You can reach us at support@rabbitmountain.com.

Who we are

When you use our games

  • Advertising data — which ads were shown, viewed or clicked

The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to serve the site and records aggregate traffic statistics.

These companies process data on our behalf, or alongside us, and each has its own privacy policy.

Game platforms

Where you play a web game, the platform operates its own analytics and advertising and is an independent controller for that data.

Advertising

ProviderRole
Google AdMobServing ads in mobile games
Unity AdsServing ads in mobile games

These partners buy and sell advertising through programmatic exchanges, so an ad you see may be placed by a further advertising network working with them. Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we ask our partners to work only with networks that meet the same standards.

Analytics

Analytics are enabled per game, so not every provider below is present in every title.

ProviderRole
Unity AnalyticsPart of the Unity engine our games are built with
ByteBrewGame analytics, where we have enabled it in a particular game: device data, advertising identifiers, IP address and country, and gameplay events. Retains end-user data for no more than 24 months. Privacy policy

Infrastructure

Cloudflare hosts rabbitmountain.com. Google Workspace handles our email.

Advertising, and how to limit it

Ads fund our free games. Where we or our partners use your advertising identifier to personalise them, you can stop that at any time:

  • iOS — Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
  • Android — Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID”
  • Web — through the platform you are playing on

Turning personalisation off does not remove ads. It makes them less relevant.

We do not sell your personal data.

We do share advertising identifiers with our advertising partners so they can show and measure ads. Under some US state privacy laws, including California’s, that counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you have the right to opt out of it.

To opt out, use the device controls above, or email support@rabbitmountain.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”. We also honour Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

Our advertising partners each have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. We are not able to speak for how they handle data once it reaches them.

Children

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children. We know that children nonetheless play casual games, and we design accordingly.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age of digital consent where they live — that is 14 in Bulgaria, up to 16 elsewhere in the EU, and 13 in the United States. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal data, contact support@rabbitmountain.com and we will remove it.

Where a game is distributed on a platform that identifies it as child-directed, we and our partners restrict processing to what that designation permits, including using non-personalised advertising.

How long we keep it

DataRetained
Analytics and gameplay eventsUp to 24 months
Advertising dataAs set by each advertising partner
Support emails24 months after the enquiry is closed
Crash and diagnostic logs90 days

Sending data outside the EEA

Our providers are largely in the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent.

To exercise any of them, email support@rabbitmountain.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, Bulgaria’s supervisory authority — cpdp.bg, kzld@cpdp.bg. If you live in another EU country, you may complain to your own national authority instead.

We would rather you came to us first, but that right is yours regardless.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights we will give prominent notice.
